Gary Clouse has more than 30 years in the bass boat and bass fishing industry.  He was introduced at Phoenix after a stint with Genmar where he served as the President of both Stratos and Champion. Gary played an instrumental role in the design and sales of bass boats for the two Genmar subsidiaries.   Gary also headed the manufacturing and marketing operations for the two subsidiaries for over six years.   Gary spent four years as a professional angler in the early 1980’s.  He fished several BASS, Operation Bass (currently FLW), and US Bass events while competing as a touring professional angler.  In 1988, Gary once again joined Stratos .  The late 1990’s were big years for Gary as he was promoted to National Sales Manager of both Stratos and Triton.  Gary left Stratos to start the Phoenix Boat Company in February of 2006.
